Pricing Structure

Sponsor a camper

For those amongst us in the community with lower or insufficient income or different monetary priorities we offer a give-and-take system. Campers who sign up who are capable of missing just a little extra can offer a small addition on top of their own camp fee to be able to sponsor a 'low-income' camper to also have a space at camp.

 

Simultaneously, we also have a form for campers to sign up to, to receive financial aid (partially or fully) for their camp entrance.

DISCLAIMER: people who apply for partial financial aid will get precedence over people who apply for full financial aid. This is so we can offer help to as many campers that need it.

Payment plans

For those who can afford their camp entrance fee, but who can not pay the complete amount in 1 go, we offer payment plans. Payment plans are made specifically to your situation and capabilities and will ALWAYS require a form to be signed. This is because we had people trying to get out of paying the total amount before; so even when you cancel your entry, you are required to have had at least paid until the required % amount as stated in our cancelation policy.

Normally we will ask you in your confirmation mail of your registration ask you if you require a payment plan; if you do so need one please inform us and we can find a suitable amount and duration together.

What's included in the price?

  • Camp building, the stay within, the fire insurance
  • Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks
  • Activity material costs
  • Event and liability insurance
  • A full fantasy world, NPC's to interact with, magic system, courses and schedules
  • A personalised binder to keep track of your Mythica journey, skill tree, unlocked achievements and memories (as well as your character's information of course!)
  • Student ID-card

What's not included?

  • Your own LARP sword (we have a LIMITED supply of BASIC LARP swords; we recommend you bring/buy your own sword)
  • Transport (however we do try to see if we can't help match carpooling; you can apply for this when you sign up for camp)
  • All your own, personal material and LARP/cosplay outfits of course
  • A character design; you have to create your own character using the guides provided by the Scribes, ask for help or if you really can't work it out, you could apply for a created character for a fee

Cancelation Policy

We reserve the right to establish our own cancellation policy, which is outlined below:

More than 8 weeks (2 months) before the start of the camp: 75% refund of the paid amount.
6-8 weeks before the camp: 50% refund.
4-6 weeks before the camp: 25% refund.
Less than 4 weeks before the camp: No refund.

This policy is in place because significant preparations are made in advance, including booking the campsite, purchasing materials, and budgeting based on the confirmed number of participants.

Exceptions and Flexibility

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of health issues, medical emergencies, or family matters, we may consider exceptions to the policy. Please communicate these situations with us as soon as possible.

Partial Attendance

You are entitled to a partial discount of -5% of the total price per day that you can NOT attend. This amount will be refunded to you only AFTER the event. Please let us know of this in advance as we require you to choose the days you will join us on our registration form
